All prints and original artworks are shipped via registered post with An Post.

Worldwide shipping available
Every piece is packaged with great care. Originals and prints are wrapped in multiple layers of protective materials and placed in custom-made cardboard boxes. Larger prints and canvases may be rolled and sent in extra-strong 3 mm wall cardboard tubes for maximum safety.
Processing Time:
Your order will be prepared and dispatched within 3–7 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note: all art deliveries require a signature on arrival.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES (UK + non-EU countries)
International customers may be charged additional customs taxes or import duties. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable by Carol Ahern Art.
If customs fees are not paid and the parcel is returned or refused, refunds cannot be issued.
Please check your country’s customs guidelines for full details. Delays may occur when parcels are held by customs.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of fine art and custom print orders, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on:

Fine art prints

Original artworks

Gift cards (gift cards also do not guarantee purchase priority for original work)
Each print is made to order specifically for you, and originals are one-of-a-kind pieces, therefore returns cannot be accepted.
APPAREL RETURNS
We can accept apparel returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is:

Unworn
-
In its original condition
-
With all swing tags attached
Items will be inspected upon return, and you will be notified if the return is approved or denied.
We do not offer exchanges.
If you require a different size, please return the original item (subject to approval) and repurchase the desired size—however, as apparel is released in limited edition runs, availability cannot be guaranteed.
Please note:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Items remain your responsibility until safely received.

We cannot refund items lost or damaged in transit.
DAMAGED OR LOST GOODS
Please inspect your artwork or apparel upon delivery and contact us immediately if any damage has occurred in transit. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
To preserve your artwork over time, please avoid displaying prints or original paintings in direct sunlight.
